Online Consultation
Expert Online Dog Behaviour Consultations

Advice you find online can take the edge off a problem. But every dog and every owner is different, and the small details are often what keep a problem going. Our remote services are designed to find those details and fix them.

Choose the option that suits you:

1. Video Review: $120
Send me short videos of your dog and the problem. I'll watch them and send you a personal video review showing what your dog is communicating, what's accidentally keeping the behaviour going, and exactly what to change first. You also get a written plan and a follow-up check on your progress.
Best for: pulling, barking, jumping, separation distress, mild reactivity and everyday manners.

2. Video Review + Coaching: $340
Everything in the Video Review, plus a live video call and three weeks of ongoing clip check-ins, so you're supported while you practise. This is the best option if you want accountability and steady adjustments as your dog improves.
Best for: owners who want guided support, follow-up after in-home sessions, and clients in regional NSW or interstate.

3. Online Consultation (live video call)

When remote isn't the right fit:
Some situations really need us in the room with your dog. If your dog has bitten or you're worried about aggression toward people, we'll recommend an in-person assessment, and if we suspect a medical or pain issue, we'll suggest a vet check first. Remote support isn't a diagnosis, and results depend on following the plan. Safety always comes first.

This is a huge THANK YOU for all your help and advice with our dear little Nala. We have seen such a huge change in her (more so us?!) after your guidance. Massive thank you.
