Video Review

Tried the internet's advice and your dog is better, but not fixed?

Send us a video. we'll show you what's actually going on, and exactly what to change.

Generic advice can take the edge off a problem. But every dog and every owner is different, and the small details, like how you hold the lead, when you speak, or where you stand, are often what stop the problem from being resolved. Those are the things a book, a video or a chatbot can't see.

I've worked with dogs and their people for over 30 years. In a Video Review, I watch your footage and tell you what your dog is communicating, what's accidentally making the behaviour stick, and what to change first. You get a personalised plan, not a list of tips.

What you get:

  • A personal video review (approx 10 minutes) of your footage, with me pointing out what I see in your dog and in the way you respond

  • A short written plan with your top priorities and simple practice steps

  • A follow-up check: send one more clip within 14 days and I'll make sure you're on track

Price: $120

How it works:

  1. Fill in the form below with your details and a few questions about your dog.

  2. Upload 2-4 short clips (see the filming guide below).

  3. Pay by PayID using your dog's name and your surname as the reference: PayID to 0410626677.

  4. Receive your video review and written plan within 3-5 business days.

  5.

Who it's for:

Pulling on the lead, barking, jumping up, separation distress, mild reactivity, and everyday manners.

Who it's not for: If your dog has bitten, or you're worried about aggression toward people, please book an in-person assessment instead. If you're unsure, fill in the form anyway and I'll let you know whether a video review is right. If it isn't, your fee will be refunded or credited.

Want to go further?

  • Review + Coaching ($340): adds a live call and three weeks of clip check-ins. See Remote Support

  • In-home training: if you book an in-person program within 30 days, your review fee is credited toward it.

Filming guide:
Please keep your dog safe. Don't push them past their comfort level to get footage. If it's too much, film from further away.

  • The problem happening. Film the moment leading up to it, not just the peak.

  • How you respond. I need to see your hands, the lead, and your body position.

  • A calm moment. A short clip of your dog relaxed at home.

  • Optional: a typical walk or the usual routine around the problem.

Tips: film in landscape, stand a few metres back so your dog's whole body is in the frame, keep the sound on, and don't edit or trim the footage. Ask a friend to film if you can, or prop your phone up.

Small print:
This is training guidance, not veterinary advice, and it isn't a diagnosis. Results depend on following the plan. For complex behaviour issues or any safety concerns, I'll recommend an in-person assessment.

"Thank you again for your help with Prudie, our French Bulldog.  I went from being out of my depth as a first-time dog owner to feeling confident in having the right tools and knowledge.

Being an apartment dog it's so important for her to know how to behave - it's great to know you're there for us!"
