Missed Appointment and Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to keep an appointment please give at least 24 hours notice to ensure that you will not be charge for the appointment or part-thereof. 12 to 24 hours notice of postponement, for ANY reason, will incur a $50 fee, less than 12 hours notice will require full payment.

Mutts with Manners' unique psychological approach requires commitment from the humans to change their own behaviours, which then changes the behaviour of their fur-friends. If you are not willing to change your behaviour, then you will get limited results, and perhaps this technique isn't for you. If you want someone to train your dog for you (which will have only temporary results) then this technique is not for you. If you want to turn your relationship with your dog from one of potential co-dependence into one of confident trust and joyful friendship, then this is the right technique for you.

A non-refundable $50 deposit is required upon booking, and for any follow up sessions needed.

Where more than one session is quoted, payment for and commitment to both first and second session is required. If you choose to not go ahead with the second session, there will be NO refund.

If, by the end of the initial session, both you and the behaviour consultant decide that this technique doesn't suit you, AND you have seen no improvement in your dog's behaviour, you may cancel any further sessions and need only to pay for that initial session.
