If you are unable to keep an appointment please give at least 24 hours notice to ensure that you will not be charge for the appointment or part-thereof. 12 to 24 hours notice of postponement, for ANY reason, will incur a $50 fee, less than 12 hours notice will require full payment.

Mutts with Manners' approach is based on dog psychology — helping you understand your dog and build a relationship of genuine trust. Anxious, reactive, and destructive behaviours are almost always a sign that a dog lacks confidence in their relationship with their owner. We work with you both: guiding you to make small changes in your own behaviour that allow your dog to make big changes in theirs. A non-refundable $50 deposit is required upon booking, and for any follow up sessions needed.

Where more than one session is quoted, payment for and commitment to both first and second session is required, with payment for both by the end of the initial session. If three or more sessions are quoted, payment for the first three sessions will be required by the end of the first session. If you choose to not go ahead with the follow-up session/s, there will be NO refund.

If, by the end of the initial session, both you and the behaviour consultant decide that this technique doesn't suit you, AND you have seen no improvement in your dog's behaviour, you may cancel any further sessions and need only to pay for that initial session.
